Specials we'll put in writing, and the standing deals that never leave
An offer at Cook's is the same in Suwannee County as in Flagler County, lives on this page before it lives in an ad, and is honored by the technician at the door.

Things that are always true, offer or not
Before any promotion, these hold in every market, every day of the year:
- Free estimates on new systems. A written quote on replacement equipment costs nothing and carries no obligation.
- No after-hours charges. A night or weekend emergency visit is priced like a weekday one.
- Financing with low monthly payments on new high-efficiency equipment.
- Satisfaction guaranteed on the work we do. If it isn’t right, we return.
Those aren’t specials. They’re the floor.
What’s running now
The current promotions are set by the office; ask what’s running when you call. [[CONFIRM WITH JERRY]]
Typical shapes, when they run: a seasonal tune-up price before the cooling season, a discount on a service agreement when it’s bought with a repair, or an incentive on a Lennox system during a manufacturer promotion window. When a Lennox rebate is in effect, we’ll handle the paperwork for it.
Why offers come from one place
Cook’s runs ten market sites, from Palm Coast and St. Augustine out to Ocala and Live Oak. Running different deals in each would be a way to confuse people, so there’s one list, set here, and the local sites point back to it. A customer in Orange Park gets exactly what a customer in Palatka gets.
How we think about promotions
We’re a family company, and promotions are a tool for smoothing the calendar: filling the spring maintenance routes before the first heat wave, or moving customers toward replacing a failing system in the slow season instead of the busy one. They’re not a way to get a truck in the driveway and then upsell. If a technician recommends something beyond the offer, that recommendation has to stand on its own, and you’re free to take the offer alone.
How offers work here
Do I need a coupon code or a printout?
No. Say which offer you’re using when you book, and the office notes it on the ticket. Nothing on this page needs to be clipped.
Are the offers different on the Jacksonville or Gainesville sites?
They shouldn’t be, and if you spot a difference, this page wins. Offers are set company-wide and the market sites repeat them; the main site is the source.
Can two offers be combined?
Usually one promotion per job, unless the offer says otherwise. The standing items below aren’t promotions, so they always apply alongside whatever else is running.
Does an offer change the quality of the work?
No. A discounted tune-up follows the same checklist as a full-price one, and a system sold with a seasonal incentive is sized and installed the same way.
Ask what's running this month
Call the office. Offers are honored on the phone, not just on the page.
