A new system shouldn't wait for a lump sum
Cook's offers financing with low monthly payments on new high-efficiency equipment, and the program is identical whether the house is in Flagler County or Suwannee County.

The company’s position on paying over time
Florida does not let you schedule when a compressor fails. It happens in July, with company coming, and the choice is between a quick patch on a system that’s already old and a replacement that costs real money. Financing exists at Cook’s so that the second choice isn’t off the table for anyone who’d be better off making it.
What we offer is straightforward: payment plans with low monthly amounts on new high-efficiency systems, arranged at the time of the estimate. The same plans are available in every one of our ten markets, from Palm Coast to Live Oak. A customer in Gainesville isn’t offered something different from a customer in St. Augustine.
What we deliberately leave off this page
You won’t find a lender’s name, an APR, a term length or a “from $X a month” teaser here. Those details belong in a conversation where they can be accurate, and Jerry has that conversation at the kitchen table with the current terms in front of him. If something about the arrangement doesn’t suit you, the estimate is still free and the system quote stands on its own.
How it fits the estimate
- A technician or Jerry visits, measures, and looks at the ductwork and the electrical. The sizing comes first.
- You get a written quote on the equipment that fits, usually with a good-better-best spread across the Lennox line.
- If you’d like to spread the cost, the financing terms are laid out in writing at the same visit.
- Installation is scheduled, and the crew that installs is the crew that will service it.
Efficiency pays part of the bill
A high-efficiency system in this climate runs eight or nine months of the year, so the difference between an old unit and a new one shows up on the electric bill every month. We don’t promise a specific saving, because it depends on the house, the old equipment and how you run the thermostat. We will show you the efficiency ratings side by side and let you do the arithmetic; the federal tax credit that used to enter that arithmetic ended after 2025, so it stays out of it.
Commercial customers
Businesses replacing rooftop or split systems have the same access to the program. For multi-site owners with locations across several of our markets, the office can structure one conversation for all of them. [[CONFIRM WITH JERRY: whether commercial financing differs from residential]]
Money questions, answered plainly
Why don't you publish the interest rate on this page?
Because the terms depend on the program in effect and on the applicant, and a number on a web page would be wrong for most readers within a few months. Jerry goes through the current terms at the estimate, in writing, before you sign anything.
Can a repair be financed, or only a new system?
The program is built around new equipment. For a large repair, ask; depending on the amount, the office may be able to help, and if not, we’ll tell you straight. [[CONFIRM WITH JERRY]]
Will financing push you to sell me a bigger system?
No. The system is sized to the house by load, not to the payment. Monthly cost comes up only after the equipment choice is settled.
Do federal tax credits still apply to high-efficiency equipment?
Not any longer. The 25C credit on high-efficiency equipment ended for anything placed in service after December 31, 2025. A system installed before that date is still claimed on that year’s return, and we can supply the manufacturer certificate for it; for a new purchase, the incentives are the utility rebate and any Lennox promotion in effect.
